Our Easy Five Step Process:
The initial phase of our time-tested, unique five-step process is client consultation. You meet with John Furcini and associates of Unlimited Landscape Concepts (ULC) to discuss your thoughts and expectations. This fact-finding mission is the basis for the ULC master-plan approach to your landscaping project. John and his staff will discuss your wants and needs, and then determine what type of plants are most suitable. You can review your preferred color palette and the extent of outdoor entertaining you plan on doing, if any. Our goal during this phase is to have a thorough understanding of your expectations so that we can help you bring those dreams to life. After everything is agreed upon, and only after that, ULC moves forward with lightning speed to the design phase. If you are not 100% pleased with all aspects of your consultation, ULC will work until you are. Your complete satisfaction is our pledge.
The design phase is where ULC shines. This methodology separates our firm from every other landscaper. The first step (remember we have an agreed upon plan of attack in hand) during the design phase is to “walk the property.” It is essential to get a feel of your home’s architectural style along with the surrounding property. This helps ULC incorporate the finest overall landscape scheme for your home. This will insure a certain “uniqueness of style” for years to come. Your design may include fire and water features, gazebos, birdbaths, arbors, spectacular stonework, pottery, etc. You name it, you got it. The sky is the limit!
ULC’s detailed and colorful architectural blueprints are presented in a fashion that makes them easy for you to understand. You will be able to visualize exactly what you’re going to see when the project is complete. This is a powerful advantage that you will find with ULC, and no one else. Showing the precise plant placements, combined with great levels of detail, lets you see first-hand what your final landscape will look like. ULC also provides a comprehensive plant care guide. This booklet gives you the information you need to maintain your flowers, trees and shrubs. The guide shows every plant and tree in your newly landscaped yard. You get information on all vegetation origination, and when to trim or prune each plant. The book details what time of year they bloom and the types of soil they like. Every plant is specifically placed depending upon the angle and intensity of the sun, how the home is directionally-oriented and the reaction to the unpredictable Texas climate. ULC “leaves” nothing to chance!
